FIRE FIRE FIRE

Hi everyone, We have had another adventure to say the least.  It has been scary and hectic and overwhelming and we have been so blessed by everyone with prayers and donations going.  Here are some pictures.

The house is a total loss and we are trying to figure out the best way to move forward.  We will be living in the bunkhouse (one room 4 of us – sounds fun right? it will be a learning experience).  This will probably be my last post until we get internet back at the ranch.  The kids and myself are at my parents in Bismarck, ND and The Rancher is at the ranch working on getting things set up for us to come back and live there.  No washer/dryer…but he did get a fridge, stove and microwave there so we are ok.  Its going to alright.  We have some great support on Facebook going on right now so check that page out for updates.

There is also a GoFundMe site started for monetary donations to help us try and rebuild.

The house was an old, old mobile home that we moved into, and the insurance money will only be a portion of what it will cost to replace that three bedroom home.   Any help is greatly appreciated as in two days we will be without internet again and I won’t be able to do any updates or sharing of this information.  We are depending on our family and friends to gather prayers and well wishes in this great challenge we are facing.

Sincerely,

The Kougl Family

  1. Hi there Kougls! I love what you have done with this website Justine! It is great! I think about you guys often and sure hope things are going ok. Good luck with everything and hope to see you all soon! Miss you!!

  2. One will never know how you feel until you go through something like this yourself. I feel so bad for your family. But like the Rancher said a house does not make the ranch. But it is the things in the house that are hard to replace. I am so glad that all of you are okay. Your strength and attitude are pretty impressive. Remember all you have to do is ask if you need anything, we are here for you.
